Bernard Biardello, a French national, began his professional career in 1979 in a family business created in France in 1959 and which he still manages.

For more than 20 years, he has been investing in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. His fields of activity are, Yachting, Real Estate, Construction, Foods and beverages, Medical and Art. He remains involved and active in each of his activities.

In 2016 he created Citycare with his Friend and Dr. Gerald Tur. Citycare is in its fifth real estate projects in Thailand. The concept is to create a Medical and Wellness Structure for residents and tourists on the West Coast of Phuket.
