Help you to practice strength training in a small group with safety. Under instruction from the coach, you will realize from order of your coach many exercises in a roll.
Your coach will pick up some:
- Body weight exercises
- Fitness machines
to do at different speed. An interval timer will be set up to maintain the work intensity.
The goal is to activate your cardio that limit the taking muscle mass and improve endurance. Suitable for beginners and seniors.
