During primary consultation physician examines a patient, provides functional assessment, make clinical/functional diagnosis and create physical treatment program, which fixed in special Physiotherapy Card.
Every 3-5 sessions, during follow up, physician repeats assessment and evaluate efficacy of prescribed program and correct it when it’s needed.

At the end, during final consultation, physiatrist rapidly evaluates patient functional status and efficacy of provided treatment course again and gives final recommendations to patient if it’s needed.
